Advent Prayer Service - Tuesday 4 December: Feastday of St Osmund

Advent Prayer Service - Tuesday 4 December: Feastday of St Osmund - 6.30pm  St Osmund’s Church

We will begin our Year of Prayer with a simple prayer service which will feature some of the beautiful prayers, music and scripture of Advent.  This would be a perfect service to bring non-Catholic friends along to as we ask the Lord to bless and guide us in this new Church year.

Outreach Volunteers for Christmas Deliveries - we especially invite all our delivery volunteers to come to this Prayer Service so that we can pray together for the success of our Outreach efforts this Christmas and for all those whom we will visit.  Any delivery lists and cards not picked up this weekend will be available for collection afterwards in the Parish Rooms.

Patronal Feast Celebration Immediately following our prayer service, we invite everyone into the parish hall for a social bring-and-share nibbles and a glass of wine (or a cup of tea!) to celebrate the feast-day of St Osmund.  Everyone is welcome.
