The CAFOD Harvest Family Fast Day

The CAFOD Harvest Family Fast Day this year is on Friday 5 October.  We are encouraged to skip a meal on Friday 5 October and donate any money saved by doing so to CAFOD in support of farmers and producers in poor countries.  There are special envelopes available at the back of all our churches, please take one and place in the collection baskets at Mass on Sunday 7 October.
