New Altar Servers

We are delighted to announce that three of our children who made their First Holy Communion a few weeks ago have volunteered to become Altar Servers.

Canon Michael, Stuart Ford (seminarian on placement), Jack (current server) and Sue (sacristan) met with our volunteers on Saturday 16 June for initial training.  They were fitted for vestments, shown around the sacristy and the sanctuary area and introduced to the ministry of serving at the altar.

Read more about this important ministry here. If you have a son or daughter who has made their First Holy Communion and would like to become an altar server (or find out what is involved), contact our Outreach Worker - Caroline Williams on 502503 [email protected]
