Next weekend 9 & 10 Sept Second Collection is for Catholic Education Service

The Catholic Education Service in England & Wales (CESEW) supports our Catholic schools in so many ways. CESEW negotiates, on behalf of our bishops, with governments and other national bodies on legal, administrative, and religious education matters in order to: promote and safeguard Catholic interests in education; contribute to Christian perspectives within educational debate at national level.  CESEW works closely with the Department for Catholic Education and Formation and liaises with representatives of those working in Catholic education across England and Wales. CESEW advises the Bishops on educational matters and promotes the educational policies of the Bishops’ Conference. Our money supports them in all they do to support our Catholic schools.
