Reunion of those who came from the Philippines 50 years ago to work at the Old Manor Hospital

It was lovely to see a reunion of those who came over from the Philippines 50 years ago to work at the Old Manor Hospital. With just two of the existing nurses, Sue Summerill and Tita ? still living in Salisbury, others came from as far afield as Los Angelas and Australia for the reunion. A weekend of thanksgiving, fun and celebration took place with a Mass on Saturday at St Osmund’s and then again on Sunday morning at St Gregory’s. On Saturday the group celebrated with a lovely meal at the White Hart and here are a few of the group enjoying refreshments after Mass at St Gregory’s.
