Riverside Sanctuary

Alabaré's Mental Health Service, Riverside Sanctuary is open from Monday 23rd March 2020.

Due to the current situation regarding Coronavirus we will be offering a telephone service from Monday - Friday between 5pm - 10:30pm, until further notice. All referrals must be made by phone to the Riverside Sanctuary phone number; 01722 466680.  email[email protected]

Alabaré Riverside Sanctuary is a confidential telephone service aimed at anyone who is in mental health crisis or who is struggling to manage their mental wellbeing and would benefit from professional support. Alabaré’s specialist team are able to provide guidance and advice including coping strategies and help people get further support if they need it. 

Referral Criteria

People using the Service must be:

18 years or Over 

Must be able to actively engage

Registered with a GP within Wiltshire, Swindon or BANES

We are unable to support anyone:

In an acute psychotic episode

Actively suicidal with immediate plans to end life

Requiring immediate medical treatment
