ST OSMUND’S CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL — ADMISSIONS 2019

If you hope for your child to join the Reception class at St Osmund’s Catholic Primary School next September you need to apply now.  The Council’s Common Admissions Form needs to be returned to Wiltshire Council at County Hall in Trowbridge; and the school’s Supplementary Form needs to be returned to St Osmund’s Primary School.  The closing date for receiving applications is Tuesday 15 January 2019 for both Wiltshire Council and St Osmund’s School. Applications to St Osmund's should be supports by a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate. These forms can be submitted electronically to Wiltshire County Council, Trowbridge and St  Osmund’s School. St Osmund’s school must also receive a baptismal certificate
