Confirmation Retreat Day

Dear All

I am really looking forward to our Retreat Day together on Saturday 8 June. 

9.15am – Those travelling in the minibus arrive to CAR PARK, St Osmund’s SCHOOL, Carmelite Way, Salisbury
9.30am – Depart in minibus
10.30am – All arrive to St Dominic's Priory, Shirley Holms Road, Lymington S041 8NH. 
6pm – Depart from St Dominic’s Priory.
Approx 7pm – Arrive back to St Osmund’s SCHOOL for collection by parents.

Please wear comfortable shoes as we’ll be going on a walk during the day and bring a showerproof if the weather forecast is not great.

Bring a packed lunch and a water bottle/drink

If you own an easy-to-carry bible, please bring this with you.  Likewise, if you have your own rosary beads, please bring these but do not worry if you don’t own any.

The duration of the journey back from Lymington can really vary depending upon the traffic so please encourage your son/daughter to text you an update on the return journey to save you waiting around unnecessarily to collect them.   The mobile signal at the Priory is not great, their landline number is 01590 681874 but please use this for emergency contact only.

In addition – the families of Rhobor and Oliver still have not completed the information we need for Confirmation Day.  Please could these two families only also complete the questionnaire here: https://forms.office.com/e/BdJHCpWtTz without delay.

There is NO session this evening, and next Tuesday (11 June) we will be meeting at 7pm at ST GREGORY'S CHURCH for the rehearsal.
