My Generation Jubilee Party

Just been to a lovely Jubilee tea at My Generation this afternoon with Ruth. Christine, Ann,Jane and ladies had put on a wonderful celebration, decorations and food, also there was a lovely Ukranian lady called Olga who has lived in Salisbury for 15 years and her 90 year old mother, Nina who has come over from Ukraine and she doesn’t speak English. They were brought by Derek and Anita who had also taken them to the last Parish Lunch. They thought it was a wonderful occasion and really enjoyed themselves and thought the friendship of all was unbelievable.
It’s the second time in a few days that I have it met ladies from Ukraine who couldn’t speak English and their helpers. It’s nice to know that they and others are here and being absorbed in our Church friendship.’
