Parish Centre Workshop
After a successful workshop aimed at exploring the potential of our newly reclaimed parish centre, we were thrilled to see over 50 participants from across our Salisbury churches, and five different masses come together last Saturday. The workshop skilfully guided by our own Jez Mawdsley allowed us to engage in three insightful sessions where we collectively discussed and discerned the best ways to utilise the space for a parish community. It was a day designed to ensure that everyones ideas and viewpoints were heard and respected with each group appointing a table leader to summarise key discussion points. Jez will compile these insights into report for our parish which will be shared with all of us soon. Furthermore, it was heartening to have families with children in attendance, adding a sense of joy and unity to our discussions as we move forward, and the parish hall undergo decoration with hopes of completion by Christmas, allowing us to open the facility for parish activities early in the New Year, as we explore and invest wisely in our Parish’s future.
