First Holy Communion - 'Sending Out' Mass and Party

On 9 June 2018, this year's First Holy Communion group gathered together for the last time.  Having received their First Holy Communion at different Masses in their own churches last weekend, the group got together to celebrate Mass in St Osmund's Church, receive their First Holy Communion certificates and enjoy a party together.

This year's group have been fantastic - the children have engaged really well in the programme and parents have been incredibly supportive.  Thanks to all the parents who put on a fantastic party for the children and who have encouraged and guided their children in this important stage of their faith journey.  Special thanks must also go to the catechists for all their hard work over the year and to Gwynne and Katharine for their musical accompaniment.  Well done to all.

If you have a child who will be in Year 3 from September 2018 onwards, please complete a First Holy Communion Application Form or contact Caroline on 01722 502503 [email protected] to join next year's programme.
