Spirit Unbounded

Root and Branch Synod, a lay-led movement in the Roman Catholic Church, will host a second synod in October 2023, in celebration of the emerging Catholic Church.

The Synod, entitled “Spirit Unbounded: Human Rights in the Emerging Catholic Church”, will be online from  8-12 October with 100+ international speakers. On 13-14 October, it will be physically hosted by Root and Branch in St Michael's Christian conference centre, Stoke Gifford, Bristol Parkway. Simultaneously, by the power of modern technology, we will be hosting it in Rome with Companions on the Way representing Catholic Reform groups from around the world.

For information about tickets for Spirit Unbounded online and/or in person, and news about accommodation, please go to either:

We really hope to see you in person or, failing that, online! All good wishes,
